She is my original character ;) I know the background is a little bit messy (but it really looks better in this way :XD:) Personally I like her dress (It took me a lot of time to draw)

Lovely folds and contrasts on her dress :] Hands are drawn well... only her face looks like it's 'not her face'... and hair are less realistic than the rest... but it's still ok :]

You should work more with background- It would look better with full background... in my opinion, of course :]

Great job! Her body is well done, and the shading on her clothes and hair is great. However, her face looks a little out of place and could use a some shading of it's own. The ear is set a bit too high and too far back, ears are below the eyes and closer to the face. I love her boot :D
